We hired Nik in April 2022 for our first major project which included: - Knocking down a wall and chimney to create an open plan living room/kitchen - Repositioning our boiler, water, and waste - Repositioning existing and installing new electrical points to suit our new kitchen design - Replastering the area ready for our new kitchen Nik was great at keeping us informed of what needed to happen and how he was going to do it. This was invaluable to us as this was our first project and we needed that level of reassurance. He even pushed us to challenge our structural engineer on some of the designs based on his experience, this resulted in a better result for us both aesthetically and financially. We encountered a few problems (nothing to do with Nik but the age and condition of our property) and Nik was always there to reassure us of our options and tried to work within our budgetary constraints. Nik’s workers were always polite and ensured that the site was always left clean at the end of the day. They started early and even worked weekends and bank holidays to ensure the project was finished on time which was much appreciated given the deadlines we had on other deliveries and work. We are very pleased with the result and finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nik again and recommend his services.

Nick is a very professional and polite gentleman who did an amazing job for my home and reassured me it would be done on time and correctly, which it was. He is very good at his job and is an extremely hard worker. Now my home is complete. I highly recommend him.

We were looking to have an old and dilapidated out-building renovated into a garden office. Upon survey, Nik noted the foundations were cracked and not up to the job, and worked with me to plan a complete new build. Reclaiming existing materials like the London stock bricks, Nik and his team worked really hard on turning around an eyesore into our pride and joy.
